Delivering your order
Our bouquets are handmade on request and shipped from Monday to Friday. Orders are made and sent the same day, if they have been carried out before 3 p.m., otherwise the next day (except weekends).
— Delivery area :
Deliveries are possible in mainland France, in French Overseas Departments and Territories and in Europe. The products are delivered without any guarantee of delivery time.
For France, standard delivery is made by La Poste, by "Colissimo Suivi", generally in 48 hours. Express delivery is made by DHL in 24 hours.
For French Overseas Departments and Territories, standard delivery is made by La Poste, by "Colissimo Suivi", generally in 5 to 7 working days (no express delivery).
For Europe, express delivery time by DHL is 24 hours (48 hours for Malta and Cyprus) and standard delivery time by La Poste varies according to the country.
3 working days: Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
4 working days: Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia and Sweden.
5 working days: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece, Hungary, Lithuania, Poland and Slovenia.
6 working days: Estonia, Latvia and Norway.

The standard shipping costs are:
4.90 € in France.
7.90 € in Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
9.90 € in Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, French Overseas Departments and Territories, Greece, Hungary, Malta, Norway, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden .
The express shipping costs are 12.90 € in France and 14.90 € in Europe. For any order to a country outside the European Union, customs fees and other taxes may apply and be invoiced to the carrier by the recipient of the package. The amount of customs fees and other taxes is not the responsibility of Deco Sens, since it depends on the customs regulations applied in the country concerned. We suggest you contact your customs office to find out more about these fees.
— Delivery conditions :
Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, it being specified that this must be the residence address of the customer, a physical person of his choice or a legal person (delivery to his company). No deliveries will be made to hotels or PO boxes.
The customer must provide the information necessary for the delivery: full address (street number, building number, staircase number, access code, name or intercom number...) and a valid telephone number.
La Poste/ DHL and Deco Sens cannot be held responsible in the event of non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
In case of abnormally long delivery times or non-receipt of ordered products, the customer can contact customer service within 30 days by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. An investigation will be opened at La Poste or DHL (depending on what delivery method you have chosen) to locate your package, which may last up to 1 month.
Any parcel declared lost by La Poste or DHL will either be reshipped or refunded at the end of this investigation.
Withdrawal right - Refunds and Returns
According to article L.221-18, you can use your right of withdrawal. We accept the return, at your expense, of any item purchased on www.atelier19.net if it is shipped within 14 days after of your purchases. The products must be returned in their original condition (including packaging), in perfect condition for resale and accompanied by a return number.
To obtain a return number, you can contact us by email at email@example.com, specifying the order number and the concerned items.
Returns must be made by parcel post to the following address:

If the customer does not comply with these return conditions, Deco Sens will not be able to refund the concerned products.
The refund of returned items is made after verification and registration of the return, within 15 days.
For the refund, Deco Sens uses the same payment method as the one used for the order, except for gift cards.
For gift cards, a credit note will be generated.
